Application submission

Applicants shall apply for scholarship on-line at www.ceepus.info.

Notice! Applications for scholarship stays in Slovakia must be submitted well in advance. The approval of applications will take place according to the so-called "cut-off dates" at the end of each month, always for the month following the next (for example, an application submitted for approval to the Slovak National CEEPUS Office on September 15th for mobility starting on November 1st, or an application submitted for approval to the Slovak National CEEPUS Office on March 31st for mobility starting from May 1st). This means that the application should generally be ready for approval by the Slovak National CEEPUS Office at least 30 days in advance. Applications that do not respect these deadlines may not be approved by the National Office.
