The scholarship holder acknowledges that he/she must meet the conditions of the scholarship programme, valid as of the deadline for which he/she submitted the scholarship application, from the submission of the scholarship application until the end of the scholarship stay. By clicking on the “accept” button in the CEEPUS on-line system the scholarship holder accepts the awarded CEEPUS scholarship (as defined in the Letter of Award*), general CEEPUS terms and conditions and also additional terms and conditions set by the Slovak National CEEPUS Office as stated in Binding Scholarship Offer*. Scholarship holder also confirms that the data are correct to the best of his/her knowledge and that scholarship holder is aware that he/she needs to notify the Slovak National CEEPUS office of any changes as soon as possible.
Without accepting the awarded CEEPUS scholarship in the CEEPUS on-line system at www.ceepus.info, the scholarship cannot be paid to the scholarship holder.
*The Letter of Award and Binding Scholarship Offer are sent via email from the Slovak National CEEPUS Office (SAIA, n. o.) to the scholarship holder after approval of his/her mobility.
